These Terms set forth the legally binding terms governing your use of Tripbee.io and any content, features, functionality, or services made available by us.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation. Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined in this section, whether used in the singular or plural.
Definitions. For purposes of these Terms:
- Account: A unique account created for you to access our Service.
- Affiliate: An entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Tripbee.
- Company: Tripbee Private Limited, registered at 151 Craigpark Drive, Glasgow, G31 2NU, United Kingdom.
- Content: Any text, images, audio, video, graphics, or other materials uploaded, submitted, posted, or otherwise made available via the Service.
- Device: Any device that can access the Service, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
- Personal Data: Any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service: The Tripbee.io website, mobile applications, APIs, and related online or offline offerings.
- Service Provider: Any natural or legal person who processes data or provides services on behalf of Tripbee.
- Terms: These Terms and Conditions that form the agreement between you and Tripbee regarding the use of the Service.
- Third-Party Services: Any third-party websites, products, or services integrated with or accessible through the Service, including travel partners, affiliate programs, and social media logins.
- User, You, Your: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you:
- Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms;
- Are at least 16 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms;
- Have the authority to bind yourself or the entity you represent.
If you do not meet these requirements, please do not use the Service.
3. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Last updated” date above and may send a notice via email or display a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
4. Our Services
Tripbee provides an online platform that enables users to:
- Plan, organize, and manage travel itineraries;
- Search, compare, and book travel products and services, such as flights, trains, buses, car rentals, accommodations, and activities;
- Access travel information and tools (e.g., mapping, route planning, recommendations, weather, and expense tracking);
- Share itineraries and collaborate with co-travelers;
- Benefit from integrations with third-party travel providers, affiliate networks, and advertising partners.
Tripbee does not operate as a travel agency, tour operator, or transport provider. We act as a technology platform and, in some cases, as an affiliate or intermediary between you and third-party travel providers. Bookings made through the Service are subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.
5. User Accounts
5.1 Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and (if using third-party logins) relevant account credentials.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- Ensuring all information is true, accurate, and up to date;
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Tripbee is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.
5.2 Account Security
We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your account, but you acknowledge that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You must protect your password and any device used to access your account.
5.3 Third-Party Social Logins
You may register or log in via third-party services (e.g., Google, Facebook). By doing so, you grant us permission to access certain information from those accounts, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.4 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
6. User Conduct
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
- Post or transmit any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content;
- Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, our systems, or networks;
- Use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purpose, including unsolicited marketing, spam, or pyramid schemes;
- Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Service's software or security features;
- Interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the Service.
We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action in response to violations of this section, including reporting violations to law enforcement.
7. User Content
7.1 Ownership and License
You retain ownership of any Content you submit, upload, or display on the Service. By submitting Content, you grant Tripbee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to submit your Content;
- Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.
7.2 Content Moderation
We do not pre-screen Content but reserve the right (without obligation) to remove or modify Content at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or to protect the safety of users and the public.
8. Intellectual Property
Tripbee and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to software, text, images, trademarks, logos, and design elements. Except for rights expressly granted herein, you receive no ownership or license rights to any intellectual property.
You may not use Tripbee's trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Services and Affiliate Links
9.1 Third-Party Providers
The Service may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, travel providers, or affiliate networks. Tripbee is not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of these third parties. Use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.
When you make a booking or purchase through a third-party provider or affiliate link, you do so directly with that provider. We are not a party to such transactions and have no control over their fulfillment, cancellation, refunds, or customer service.
9.2 Affiliate Disclosure
Tripbee participates in affiliate programs with travel providers and may earn a commission when you click affiliate links or complete bookings through the Service. This does not affect the price you pay or our commitment to providing unbiased search and comparison.

10. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
10.1 Bookings
Certain features of the Service may allow you to search, compare, and initiate bookings for travel products (e.g., flights, trains, buses, accommodations, car rentals) offered by third-party providers. All bookings are subject to the provider's terms, conditions, and policies. Tripbee is not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, or issues related to your bookings.
10.2 Payments
Payments for third-party services may be processed via secure payment gateways. Tripbee does not store your full payment information on its servers. Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the payment provider and the travel provider.
10.3 Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes
Cancellations, refunds, and modifications to bookings are governed by the policies of the third-party provider with whom you have booked. Tripbee does not have the authority to issue refunds or make changes to your bookings. Please contact the provider directly for assistance.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including but not limited to the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, where data protection laws may differ.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tripbee disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability;
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, prices, or Content;
- That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful code;
- That any defects or errors will be corrected.
Tripbee is not responsible for:
- The acts or omissions of any third-party providers, affiliates, or users;
- Any loss, damage, delay, or injury resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service or third-party services.
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripbee, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service;
- Any conduct or Content of any third party on the Service;
- Any Content obtained from the Service;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or Content.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of £100 or the amount you paid to us in the past twelve months for the Service in question.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so some of these may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tripbee and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your misuse of the Service;
- Your violation of any law or rights of any third party.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and/or access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or business reasons. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease;
- We may delete or deactivate your account and any associated data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
- All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity).
You may also terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and deleting your account.
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at support@tripbee.io. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
16.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Tripbee individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with another, and there is no right for any dispute to be brought as a class action or on behalf of the general public.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Assignment
Tripbee may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without your prior consent. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.
19. Force Majeure
Tripbee shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, technical failures, or interruptions in third-party services.
20. Notices
All notices required under these Terms must be in writing and will be deemed given when sent via email to support@tripbee.io, or posted on the Service. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies or additional terms referenced herein (such as the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Tripbee regarding your use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements.
22. No Waiver
The failure of Tripbee to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
23. Headings
Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision.
